Information Collection and Flow: When you purchase a portfolio through Crackbuilder, you provide personal information and multimedia material. Crackbuilder collects this information for the sole purpose of securely transferring it to Tu Agente AI, who will act as the data processor responsible for designing, developing, and hosting your sports portfolio.
Use of Information: The information collected is used exclusively for:
1. Designing, developing, and publishing your digital sports portfolio by Tu Agente AI.
2. Communicating with you regarding the status of your project.
3. Securely processing financial transactions through Crackbuilder.
Data Protection and Sharing: We implement industry-standard security measures. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is only shared between Crackbuilder (as a commercial intermediary) and Tu Agente AI (as the technology developer), and with essential service providers (such as payment processors).
Publication Consent: By contracting our services, you consent to Tu Agente AI publishing the information and multimedia material you provide on a public web link.
2. Return policies
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and highly personalized nature of the services developed by Tu Agente AI and marketed by Crackbuilder, we maintain a strict NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS policy.
Nature of the Service: Our product is a personalized digital service that requires the immediate investment of time and technical resources from the Tu Agente AI development team from the moment the purchase is confirmed on Crackbuilder and the materials are received. Therefore, once payment is processed, it is not possible to cancel the order or request a refund.
Non-existent Exceptions: This no-refund policy applies in all cases, including:
• Change of mind or cancellation of the purchase.
• Delay by the client in the delivery of the necessary materials.
• Subjective dissatisfaction with the final design, provided it meets the offered standards.
Quality Guarantee: If there is any technical error or omission of information originally provided in the final product delivered by Your AI Agent, the necessary corrections will be made at no additional cost, provided they are reported within the first 5 business days after delivery of the link.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this non-refundable policy.
Digital product policies
Digital Product Delivery and Usage Policy:
This policy governs the delivery, access, and use of the digital sports portfolio marketed by Crackbuilder and developed by Tu Agente AI.
Delivery Format: The final product is a 100% digital service. Delivery will consist of providing a unique web link (URL) where your professional sports portfolio will be hosted.
Delivery Timeframe: The functional link will be delivered within a maximum of 72 business hours, provided the client has submitted all required materials. The timeframe begins only upon confirmation of receipt of all materials.
Hosting and Availability: The portfolio will be hosted on Tu Agente AI's servers and technological infrastructure. We strive to maintain optimal uptime, but neither Crackbuilder nor Tu Agente AI is responsible for temporary service outages resulting from technical maintenance or failures of external providers.
Intellectual Property and Use: The structural design, code, underlying technology, and templates used to create the portfolio are the exclusive intellectual property of Tu Agente AI. The client retains ownership of all personal content provided. The link is for the athlete's personal and promotional use. Resale, cloning, or copying of the technology and web design provided by Tu Agente AI is strictly prohibited.
