Welcome to Crackbuilder. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital sports portfolio creation services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Service Structure: Crackbuilder operates exclusively as a commercial platform and intermediary for the sale of sports portfolios. The design, development, hosting, and technological maintenance of all portfolios are carried out entirely by Tu Agente AI, the official developer and technology provider of the service.

Service Description: The service includes video editing (highlights), integration of statistics, biography, and custom web design, delivered through a unique web link developed by Tu Agente AI.

Purchase and Delivery Process: By making a payment through Crackbuilder, the client agrees to provide all necessary materials (videos, photos, statistics, personal information). The guaranteed 72-hour delivery timeframe will begin only after 100% of the required material has been received in the correct format.

Client Responsibility: It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary copyrights or licenses for all multimedia material provided. Neither Crackbuilder nor Tu Agente AI is liable for copyright infringements arising from user-supplied material.

Subsequent Updates: The initial payment covers the creation and delivery of the original portfolio. Any subsequent content updates will be subject to the current rates, which do not include structural redesign of the portfolio.

 

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms, as well as service prices, at any time.
